Bleu Marine Boot

Deep. Weathered. Unmistakably nautical. Bleu Marine Boot is the tango boot for the dancer who likes a little salt in their style. The upper is navy leather with a crinkled metallic finish, burnished darker at the toe and heel so it looks lived-in from the first wear — near-black in shadow, a flash of deep sea-blue wherever the light catches it. Then come the laces: bright red cotton running straight up the front, like a flag run up a mast.

The shaft rises above the ankle, and the laces let you set exactly how firmly it holds you — snug for a close embrace, a touch looser for a long night. A curved overlay sweeps back along the heel, following the line of the foot, while the low Cuban heel, wrapped in the same navy leather, keeps your weight grounded and your axis steady through every pivot. Enhanced flexibility and arch articulation, allowing greater freedom of movement. Popular with performers and dancers who prefer a more responsive feel.

Every Mono shoe can be made with one of three sole materials. Choose the one that matches the floors you dance on and the way you like to move.

🧵 Suede — Softest · Most Grip
The softest of the three. Suede gives the most friction on the floor — ideal for dancers who want to feel anchored through every pivot.

🤾 Medium Leather — Balanced · Cushioned
Additional padding underfoot with a balanced grip on the floor. The middle path: comfort and control in equal measure.

💪 Hard Leather — Glide · Structure
The most glide and the most structure for the foot. For dancers who want their shoe to slide through a turn and support every step.
